65 degrees in SF

It's funny seeing people complain how hot it is when it is only 70 degrees. People are wearing shorts and heading to the beach..

Haha I'm joking, but yeah, that's ridiculous. I've seen 131 F, but what was years ago and I didn't take a picture):

No, don't do that. I tried that once. It didn't work. The egg ended up running down the pavement and getting egg white everywhere, then it cooked and smelled like shit.

Do not cook eggs on pavement.

At my parents for the summer, and I usually keep my "man cave" (downstairs) at 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

Relatives just came over a couple of days ago, and they're a bit elderly so they can't tolerate 68 F all that well. I've had to increase the temperature to a brutal 78 F to accommodate them

It's pretty much been torture trying to sleep at night. Here in central Texas we've had about 100 F everyday and mid 70s during the night. The air conditioning downstairs is technically set at a temperature higher than the outside temperature

I pretty much have to blast my fan while drenching my body in cool water throughout the night just to stay sane.

Personally I keep the temperature downstairs at 68 F all year round. It's difficult for me to tolerate anything above ~72 F. What's typical for you guys?

Most heat in US is dry heat except for a few states like Florida and Texas.

Asia on the other hand, is a PITA with the humid heat..

Ah yes, good ol' SF. I was in SJ friday and it was about 95f, I drive up on 280 and near Palo Alto and all that area it's 105f, as soon as I hit South SF, Daily City and all that BOOM! Clouds, cool breeze, and 65f degree weather! Oh the joy.

I am good with never having to experience that kind of heatwave again.
