When ever I see him in that, I have a hard time not to laugh at his face. He is so proud of his renovation outfit (he has no clue who superman is) and I do appreciate the cape. I dream of nailing him to the wall from it often.

That is roughly the same outfit I wear when renovating. Tight shirt, no pants. I avoid the cape, exactly for the reason you mentioned. I don't want to get affixed to a wall.

PS: When you decide to introduce him to Superman, use the old school angst-free cold war era Superman. The newer emo Superman is ... less awesome.
