Great TV series - What are you watching now?

Watched finale of Snowfall. Now we know how it all ends for Franklin. Really felt like the final season could have been compressed into last season but it was ok.

We finished up Better Call Saul last night, that and BB were two excellent shows. Started planning out next series to watch, we have The Diplomat on the List, need to finish up Succession and Perry Mason and came across this. Put it on my watchlist and hoping it's good.

Wife and I just finished this. For a first season and only episodes, we thought it was great. Can't wait for season 2.

We started watching Love & Death on HBO Max last night, but didn't make it through the first episode. Maybe we gave up too quickly, but it doesn't seem to compare to Candy on Hulu.

Was gonna mention this...the wife and I liked it, interesting story and nostalgic since it was set in the late 70s. Maybe give it another shot? Ofc, it depends largely if they care for the subject matter.

Candy, wow, same story? I didn't know about that, tx, will check it out!

(Come to think of it, you *may* have got affected by the common phenomenon of preferring what one saw first, and since I didn't see Candy, I guess that's why I thought Love & Death is good so far.)

So I finished Candy, they definitely got the way the ppl looked more accurately than Love & Death. I didn't like the many time jumps though. I haven't finished it yet but maybe I'm affected by that phenomenon haha.

Finished The Diplomat last night, I think it got stronger as it went along. Looking forward to season 2. A few more episodes of Succession to go but I think were going to start Florida Man tonight. Fingers crossed.

I put this on my watch list, I like Stanley Tucci and hopefully it will work. Looks like it's relying a lot on CGI, could be a bust.

We only made it through10 minutes of Florida Man. Let me know if it gets better.

I got legitimately confused a couple of time because of how little I was paying attention.

Started Your Honor last night. First episode was very good.

We finished up Florida Man last night. It was kind of quirky, a few laughs. It kind of reminded me of the Carl Hiaasen books I read. I can see how this might not be everyones cup of tea but neither am I.

Agree; however, the second season wasn't as bad as I expected. But yes, Season 1 is quite good.

Another remake being Fatal Attraction but they are using a new angle so it seems interesting after the pilot episode.

I watched the first few minutes and got bored. Looked like it was trying too hard.

Maybe I didn't give it enough time.

Will try again another day.
