He could have maybe meant by "threatening" as to sue you as you two probably live in the same state and follow the same state-laws. Regardless, you didnt say much about what item it was and/or how it was packaged. |

from what I understand, the buyer has had said product for 1 month now...
he is in no place to complain about the product breaking 1 month after receipt.. I would assume that shipping doesn't take long considering how close they live.. The guy obviously miss-used the product
