I'm kind of glad that were not posting pictures here......as I couldn't bear to look at this thread with lots of pistol porn, (especially 1911's) given our Govt over here took ours away 20 years ago.......

Then again, we're also not allowed any full-bore semi auto rifles either.....

Nor shotguns with barrels longer than 24".......

And what we are allowed takes an immense effort to get a licence for.......

So, I sadly don't have much in common with you guys, apart from the guy with the K98

But, I do have....

GSG StG44 .22RF
Uberti 1873 Competition in .45LC
Lee-Enfield No.5 .303
Lee-Enfield No.4T .303

and a Benelli 828U o/u for bashing birds n clays.

I want an smle WW1 enfield actually. Getting hard to find good examples these days. I collect vintage military firearms too. Got a K98 with swastikas, couple M1 Garands, and an M1 carbine too.

Colt 1911, 1918 black army limited run of 2,500 reproduction. Made by colt exactly as the original including roll marks and black finish. Originals were issued to US during WW1. I shoot it and use an 8 rd mag with Hornaday hollow tips. Not a trailer queen I sometimes carry it. I covered up the naughty bits for you and the sensors. I have a feeling having to apologize for having or posting pics will change in a few weeks.

Just bought 2000 rounds of 223 55 grain Wolf Gold brass ammo and trying out 1000 rounds of 9mm 115 grain ammo from a manufacturer in the Philippines...can't remember the brand right now but full brass also.

So are we all going to tempt fate by posting pictures?

I think the quality of the Ruger is a little better but I also think it's a little larger than the Kel-tec

Indeed.

This place has a few....

They are much cheaper though over your side of the pond than ours.

Only 11 posts to start the caliber argument.

My weapons include:
Radical Firearms AR-15 with Magpul goodies
Colt Commander LW .45 "100 Years of Service" edition.
Beretta 92FS
Springfield XD .40
Glock 19 (Currently my EDC)

Conceal Carry licensed for about 5 years now I think.

The P5 was designed based on the P38 clockwork, P38 had open ejection but the extractor was on the left side so it ended up ejecting to the left. When they designed the P5 they enclosed the port but didn't want to redesign the extractor to eject to the right, so it ended up with left side ejection. It actually works pretty well.

As a Lefty, i'd love to find one.

I just bought a Beretta CX4 storm because they can be swapped over to left handed eject.

I'm an idiot.

Now that could be for a great many reasons really, but the latest that I've added to my collection is that I think I'm left eye dominant. But I've been shooting with my right eye, assuming mainly that b/c I'm right handed, that was my dominant eye.

Wow. Back to the range I suppose to see if this changes things.
