Once exchanges are real time, much like placing an order on binance....you'll see less spoofing. The exchanges that require you to place an order and it takes minutes, hours, or days to fill....are usually the exchanges where these things happen. Market manipulation is gay, but it even happens in stocks. Just gotta roll with the punches.
