I always throw in some fruit (bananas, strawberries, blueberries, etc.) to give it more flavor... Much better than refined sugar.

as a DM, I'd not touch any of thoes

if my BG's are fine I'd go with oatmeal or banana
if they where on the deck, I'd hit a banana and a 1/2 glass of juice to bring the sugars up.

You really need some breakfasts options with lo-glycemic index's

and yeah depending on my BG, cornflakes are good, although my rebound is worse with that

A&W all canadian special eggs over easy white toast, coffee and a diet coke works wonders for me

"Lucky" charms.

Anyone try the new girl scout cereals? I'm scared they will be addictive.

I discovered an interesting twist to an old favorite while we were in Montreal for the GP. Hotel had continental breakfast. I usually sprinkle a small amount of sugar on my Cheerios to sweeten the milk; instead I took a spoonful of the multicolored cheerio things, then filled up the rest of the bowl with regular Cheerios. Colorful and just the right amount of sweetness. Mmmm.

Current favorite cereal at home is Cheerios (surprise!) with fresh strawberries on top. They're in season here. Mmmmmmmmmmmm.

Just an observation here: Aren't Apple Jacks just the ugly cousin of Fruit Loops, that are there in a bind, love the one you're with kind of cereal?
