Yes if you do charco1al delete and bmc filter you can hear the intakes little better and most likely gain 5 to 10 hp
Add with that dinan inlet (if they release any for g90) and you will hear the intake even more

Bmws usually comes from factory with a regular intake filter as well a small charcoal filter in the intake box when you open it
You just remove that charcoal filter as well as replace the regikar folter with the bmc one
