Yup. I didn't mention his name, username, the item, or even the value at first; the value was mentioned in his own texts.

And he joined the day he posted on my thread...and both of those 2 posts are on MY thread

Curious though, his Paypal name has a different first name (female) than the name he that was used by his email (male name).

So who do I file it against lol

I'd just refund it and move on. Or meet in person and exchange goods/cash.....probably not the smartest thing, but would like to see the guy in person after this.
yeah I wouldn't want to meet him in person...crazy people can do crazy things.

I don't find the thread a waste of time. I'm on here all the time lol :P
Okay maybe sometimes it gets overboard and my girl gets mad at me..

Be careful!

No I don't.
But I don't care, I just want it back and I'll give him his money so he goes away. Not giving him the money and he keeps the item

as a side note... KBBQ or Ramen. let's go. lol
Yeah I'll file a report today

KBBQ! I had some yesterday. You and Wes missed out dude.
Ramen? When? I'm always down. There's one within walking distance of my office! hehe

Don't feed the troll man!

Put the iphone on ignore and set up an outlook rule to delete his emails. Stop wasting your energy on this idiot! I would bet that this guy does this for a living or something. Scam sellers into refunding money and keeping the items.

Or if you really want to play with him, just tell him that the money can be fully refunded, and furthermore; you will gladly added 25 dollars more for his inconvenience. But, your account is currently locked by the evil Gen. Obabae in the bank of Nigeria and you need his help to get it out.

I dont mean to sound like a dbag, but I would've told the seller (in this case, the OP) that the product didn't fit.. if he refused to resolve it, I would have tossed it in the trash and carried on my business.. $45 bucks should be piss to those who own E9x m3's.. just saying.. TO THE FREAKSHOW SENDING THOSE MESSAGES, GO GET A DRINK BRO AND RELAX

I'm gonna send a message to his MOM's paypal and tell him the Persian54 is a UFC fighter, and he better watch out.
I found your latest guillotine...Persian54 has guns.

Goodnite Poostang.

Order $45 worth of chicken manure compost and send it to his address.

Just saw on his profile that the whole transaction is over wheel locks.......
How faulty can wheel locks get?
More important question, who gets that angry over wheel locks?

I would hate to see him mad over something that matters.

That's what I was trying to say...........

I didn't even open the damn package! Got it from the dealer, then shipped it out.
it wasn't even opened. so I really don't know how I sent him the wrong part...

I'll be so pissed if he took the actual wheel locks, put them on his car...and only sends me his old/used lug nuts

Did you guys see his response? lol

Nice try, you have definitely mastered the ability to falsify all form of communication. I am sure that you know by now that PayPal sided with me and I won the dispute. It would be very interesting to see what the site administrators would have to say with your modification of your posting "after the sale".

Considering I called paypal and told them to do this.
Maybe I should have waited cause I would have won. Now he thinks he's almighty etc...
His text messages are now polite-ish.... weird kid.

Nonetheless, he is going to get a call from the local PD.
Wonder what his mom will do when that happens

I don't understand why he thinks the mods are going to care about his little cries.

Considering the stuff he's sent, he's the one who should get banned.

And "beware of Persian54"? lol

more like beware of little kids who use their parent's paypal accounts

If he really is indeed an adult...than I really feel sorry for him...I'm hoping he's just a punk kid for his own benefit...or the world's benefit

Now I am somewhat regretting doing the mature thing and just letting it go. I should have stayed with it until paypal sided with me.

You called paypal and told them to do what? Let you refund the money? Meh... You shouldn't have done that IMO, because you would have won the dispute.

I still wouldn't send him ANYTHING until I had the item back in my hand. You will wind up getting a tracking number from him for a box full of junk, while you're out $45.

That sucks the spoiled little brat thinks he won. I hope the refund is somehow contigent on him shipping the wheel locks back to you.

Did anybody else google what his username means? It doesn't get more immature than that.

He would send 10+ texts when I was with my girl.... do you know how annoying that is?
If you phone keeps buzzing when on a date, she will think it's another woman or something. Real PITA.

He if sends something else/junk/etc, then, under paypal policy (and per the recommendation from the Paypal rep) I can file a dispute from my end and another investigation will be conducted.

I've told him to stop contacting me, and if he MUST contact me, to email me. So I can deal with it later. I'm not to be able to ignore texts...if it vibrates I just have to check it...

That little biotch needs to be taught lesson. Hopefully a defining moment will be coming his way shortly. Grounded, additional chores and & good spanking is not enough.

I think you need to talk to Mr. Smith and Mr. Wesson.

It seems like he is trying to get a free item out of this. If he was serious about the item being incorrect he would go the Paypal route and provide proof and win. The fact that he is trying to extort you into giving him money outside of that dispute shows that he is trying to:

1) Get the $45 in cash

2) Get Paypal to also refund him another $45

3) keep the item

Sounds like a lot of work for $45 and an item. What a bonehead

Google voice associates a random number

So when he texts my google voice number, it's sent to Google servers, then sent to my cell. this way he doesn't know my personal cell #

or I think that's how gvoice works
