I can't sleep no matter what so I take pills cuz its been pretty bad for a few years now.

its going to suck ass when I come back to the US, 14 hr time dif=bad jet lag (always coming back for me sux)

I have a sleeping disorder also. U might want to try those breath right strips.

I have ambien but don't use it...

try an indica before bed. Some people can't function if they wake and bake but if u do it before bed it should put u out and in the morning you will feel better. That way you won't be burnt.
