I tried but got bored... just jogged 1-2 hours 3x a week . Some flat bench here and there but never above 225. Got off creatine too since I haven’t been lifting heavy.

However i been been toggling my carbs sub 100g to 250g daily ... trying my best to fast till noon. So I don’t gain too much fat on essentially a 1 month hiatus from the gym.

Fun times... I feel smaller/look smaller

It’s definitely different doing workouts around body weight movements, but they are effective. Gotta work that engine brother! It’s what keeps the train going down the track no matter what size you are!

I'm tired of being buff.

Actually- i think I'm just tired of my body always having some form of strain.

So just going to a boxing gym for the last week- plan to until April.

Will post before/after pics. I sense some of you will be annoyed with the reverse gains mentality.

Final two years of my 20s...

I'd say I'm at the ripe age where I can comfortably say I'm not young anymore but not too old I can't bang a college freshman

There's this old guy who uses those chewy things that allegedly work your jawline...he also quarter reps everything and looks funny as hell doing it...he'll move his body with the machine, not body parts...hard to explain but its a complete WTF...

Been contemplating recording it and putting it on here, but might not lol...while he looks dumb as hell, hes minding his own business and doesnt annoy me...

There are a few wtf vids on my phone in a gym idiots folder, a dude at my old work gym leaves the leg press stoppers on and grunts as he bounces 400lbs through about 4 inches of motion

There is this new-er section of some sort of cross-fit/TRX training, right in the middle of everything. The evening trainer (when I go) has a voice that would put any drill sergeant to shame. He's yelling out counts, timing, "switch" all thru my workout. Find it hard to keep track of my own reps. THEN, somebody opens the door to the zumba class and I need to take a break.

The pool has been closed by the county since the day after Christmas. Now the front counter says it's because there is a crack in the door frame from the wind, and since that might be an escape exit from the outside deck into the gym, the county won't approve the re-opening of the pool.
