Yes, very nice. I like the aspect ratio also. It really suits that scene.

Thats a familiar spot
From a slightly higher perspective Lots of tankers and freighters always parked in English bay. Makes for a good idea on winds too Last edited by Rowdy; 03-11-2013 at 12:25 PM.. |

Yeah that sucks; NPS will most likely be out of range as long as they stick to those policies. I dont plan on ever make a living out of photography. This is a hobby; nothing else.
Sad because you can loan every possible lens for 2 weeks at a time for free; and got access to replacement bodies during repairs and maintenance. Oh well...

Thanks mark. They are actually all stationary ships, they are from Asia and are there fishing. They will stay until they are full and then leave. They all "rent" a designated spot in the bay, and if they stray from the spot, they get some massive fines. (So I'm told)
Thanks Dave. I need to get out there more and get more shots. The weather isn't always on the right side for it however |

Good ones also.
Since you have a clean shot of the sunset, see if you can get the comet.

Wow, I missed a bunch of shots.
Reed, don't worry about the rain, it doesn't stop... Rowdy, nice views from above. It is such a nice place. Dave, OOOH. I guess they get used to it and don't mind. The bees in my tree are going bonkers, it is pretty loud as there must be hundreds.

Looks like he might scrape that plating he's approaching. Too nice of a car for those roads.

All kinds of good ones over the last day!
Another trip through the wayback machine here. I took this from the number 2 airplane on a training mission over the Atlantic ocean one afternoon in 1996. I'm a sucker for pretty clouds. scan0082 by lennycarl08, on Flickr |

Nice Denn; I hope you will print a 365 pages book out of that project!
Lenny: Sick point of view. I'm curious... What were you shooting with in 1996?
