I don't think so tbh, Max is in a league of his own, only rivaled by Lewis.

Checo is a good driver, but he isn't the generational talent like Charles, Max or George.

If Checo was that good, he should have had a championship by now, or picked up by the big teams, since he technically drove the same era as Lewis.

I think Lewis will make it Q3, the W14 is much better than the W13 was (little to no proposing) and I'm sure they'll sort out kinks during FP.

The issue is race pace, and RB has that on lockdown. Ferrari is of course going to be the best QUAL car on the grid, issue is degradation.

How? Serious question. I’m not saying him and VER will be bumper/bumper racing but if the car is as good it is and taking last years performance early, he should be on podiums along side VER.

I’m not saying Checo is going to win a championships but either he’s going to be a #2 that will always be up there in podiums because Red Bull found a car that suits both drivers or his performance is going to be erratic because the car is suited more towards VER driving style. That’s all I’m saying.

The argument last year with Red Bull fans is that it’s the same car and Checo isn’t that good. It isn’t that good which has some validity to it but we know more of it has to do with how the car is set up and favours one driver more.
