Belgian GP venue to take legal action against Infiniti

It's funny, "Eau Rouge" when translated into English means "Red Water." Not sure the GP venue will have a leg to stand on considering it's a long stream in Belguim. If this is the case, I'd imagine the state that the stream is located in could sue the GP for using the name.

Seems fair. If Kia named a car the Karussell, I'd expect ze Germans would not be pleased. Since Mazda owns Laguna Seca, maybe they'll offer a Corkscrew?

Unless it's trade marked, I don't see how they think they can win this.

Infiniti is a sponsor of the F1 team, so it's likely more of an internal F1 issue, and F1/FIA doesn't play by the normal rulebook.
