Any other fit heads here?
One of the things I take pride in is my physique- as well as my lifestyle (rarely drink, only socially) no drugs, don't smoke anything (never have never will)
Currently I sit at 178 lbs, 5'10, 9% body fat. I'm trying to think of places to go to after I pick up my 2016 M6, and first place I have on my list is the gym! Lol. Anyone else?!

I eat a large pizza a few times a week, however I was a competitive swimmer in college- so I've kept up the diet/work out regiment. McDonald's mcflurrys are still pretty good from time to time

Lol!
I did really bad sports for 15 years and after army I choose physical labor over gyms. Two years ago I destroyed my right ankle and I'm stuck with walking as a physical hobby. I really miss skates. I miss kneecaps torn and I miss the adrenaline on the ramps I was not to hit because figure skating should've been the priority. What I love about my body the most these days is that at 20, I was 173 cm tall and I weight with my shoes on 52 kg. Now, I've lost a lot of muscle and no one I know has a scale, but I don't hang out with anorexics and I have more muscle. as in they show! The 20 year ok me ran incoopers test 3k, me now never. Never again will I go to a gym.

Lol, from 4 to 19, figure skating. From 10 to 26 roller blades. Way too many bad injuries and after playing with money as my other day job, I prefer the real lifting because I can.

Don't know how close to Danzig it is, but hey- it's rock, up tempo, minor key- tons of piano, triple harmonies without auto tuning- you won't be disappointed! As for the working out goes- so what- at 26 you stop all together?!? I'd recommend swimming...but then you'll end up with massive shoulders/back ala yours truly so...that's at your own risk. Lucky for you I'm not in Seattle anymore. I'd force car meets to show up at the golds gym in Capitol Hill. At which you'd probably just skip the meet all together

I'm getting back to the gym after a few years away, kids and life got in the way. I can ignore my softening body no longer!
I just have to get up at 4:45am and go before work. I started last week and feel better already. |

5'10" 178lbs not bat
I'm roughly 6'1" i was about 175lbs. I was very skinny and cut but I didn't like being skinny. So I sacrificed my cut'ness and bulked up to 197lbs and higher body fat. Now I'm cutting again. I want to stay between 195-200lbs and keep my body fat below 12%

Did you take any supplements to increase size like creatine or a mass gainer?

5'10 and 160 here....consider that I started at 136 two years ago! I was scary skinny. My metabolism is super high.
Oddly enough, drinking beer made me gain (good) weight because it helps slow my metabolism. I don't drink a lot, maybe a few craft beers a week. My waist is the same size, but my legs no longer fit into my old pants. Clothing is almost as expensive as modding cars. I go to the gym 4x a week, and for my off days I play league basketball Wednesday nights and golf on Saturday and Sunday (I walk, no carts!) when the weather is good. |

These are all PRs- DL 405 Bench 275 Squat - 315 I hit weights 4 days a week on my shorter swim days 4800-6400 meters(3-4 miles) my distance days I only swim and go 9500 meters (6miles) I'm definitely trying to get "bigger" but it's a challenge with my level of swimming. I eat upwards of 6K calories and even then/ whether it's pizza donuts or burgers- it melts right off. I rue the day I stop because I'm sure i will blow up I stopped for a month a few years back- and gained 20 lbs that month.
