The E36 M3 always was, and still is the best bang for the buck.

Still the most hated M3 of all of time, but goddamn I love mine so much. Such an underrated car that people are now beginning to understand why it's so damn good:
I cheered when they showed the Techno Violet ones. The E36 M3 had THE best color palette of any cars!

I still love the look of the e36, even though it's very dated. Sometimes I see one in mint condition on the road and can't help but appreciate it. The driver-focused interior can't be beat. I want to buy one just because.

Love my 97 M3 sedan. It handles far better than any car I've driven. Also, it doesn't look as dated as most 97 model year cars do too.

Sucks so hard the US got boned on the e36 m3 engine. Otherwise I think it's one of the best looking BMWs ever made. Love those headlights they changed from the old school 70s/80s style. I wouldn't mind an e36 m3 lightweight any day, even though they are double/triple the price of a regular e36 m3. Love the paint scheme! I believe car and driver dubbed it the best handling car of the 90s.

Wow, that's beautiful. That car would be worth a pretty penny now

here's mine...
funny thing is, the F80 was my 1st BMW ever. Acquired the E36 about 2 months ago as a winter HPDE project. car runs awesome. recently put in oil pan baffle, OPN mod, Xbrace, and bimmerworld PS kit. next up is weld-in half cage, race seats, harness. then cooling and suspension. power mods will come after next season's use.

Could have had this car, but opted for the '98 twin turbo Supra. Loved that beast!! Prices were almost identical back then.
Did I make the right choice?? I'm sensing NO!!!! |
