Had one come up behind me in a different lane today. Bright yellow to attract the most attention. As he got close to my car, he slowed down, changed down a few gears, and then roared past me at full volume (not full pace because to be honest, it was slow - it was only an old Boxter so made more exhaust HP than wheel HP), making sure to change gear right beside my car, and then roar off into the distance at about 1-2 mph faster than I was going. Such a lot of noise for very little pace - and what a fucking awful noise!

Can't imagine what went through his head, but I'm sure he was impressed as all hell...

I actually thought the old boxier sounded pretty cool like the Carrera.

Around my town most Porsche drivers are old guys 50 plus and pretty relaxed drivers.

I was expecting to see a picture of a P car ass backwards in a ditch based on the thread title or maybe a golf bag stranded with no trunk space.

LOL. You should have seen the machinations I used to have to go through to get to and from the golf course, when I had my Cayman. Dismantle golf cart, put parts in the front trunk and the front seat. Take out my driver and fairway woods so the bag and the rest would fit in. Put aforementioned clubs in the front seat. Reverse that process when you get to the golf course. Etc, etc. Love my M4!

When I had my f80, no one messed with me (well except f3x 3/4 series drivers). Now that I'm in my "P-car", BMWs of all kinds like to showboat. My car is slow (straight line); I know this. The aggression is not instigated from my end.

If you don't drive a "P" car because some of the drivers that own said car, you should never own any single car ever made in history of mankind.

Because the chances are, some asshole at some point owned that same model car.

Heck, BMW is generally accepted as the ultimate douche bags of the road... So you if anything, you should not own a BMW for sure....

Now I want to see a BMW match the 918.... or even a 911GT3 roaring by you at 8.5k RPMs... <3 still love my M4 regardless... Just making a pointless point on the internet.

I am 60 and do not feel old at all.
May be that is why I drive an M4 gts... and not at all in a relaxed way. I love to push it through the gears but I also try not to be an ass with other drivers and never race. I sure see a lot of people acting like jerks when they spot the car though...

There's probably 2 of them then, because 1/2 a mile later someone pulled up behind me at the lights in a Cayanne S. Being a true race car, he had to pull up about 18 inches left of me and about 6 inches from my bumper so I got a good mirrorful of the ugliest SUV ever built. I pulled away at normal pace not making any attempt to race, and as expected he swerves to the right lane, passes at full noise (I was driving with the windows down to enjoy the cool air here in Texas) and then swerves back in front of me.

I guess they showed me!

Same thing happened to me just this past Saturday night on the 101 Northbound around Calabasas area. Pulled up next to me and shifted a few gears down (I think), so I'm guessing he wanted to race? Wifey was with me so that was a no go. Wanted to give him a , but when I looked over, his window tint was too dark; then he sped off like a d-bag.

But it wasn't a P-car..... it was the same car as mine! Black F10 M5 "murdered-out" with exhaust. I was thinking: dude, we have the same car, why you wanna race?

Wonder if it was any of you guys here
