It's real because they showed that video on the news. It was even featured on Inside Edition. I believe there are two different videos on the same incident because there are two separate cameras that got the footage. I haven't seen this angle though.

I always think some of these are fake only because of the reaction, or the lack thereof, of the other drivers on the road, as they just keep going or don't come out to help. It's really easy to overlay frames when the camera is stationary.
