LOL in China...car honk Laws
Not sure if this is true or just some part of China..but my friend who came back from China told me that you can't honk while you're driving, so what people do is they'll row down their windows and curse at eachother..ahahahhaha

Funny this "honking law" was mentioned because I was just walking from my hotel in Manhattan (to be precise, Broadway & 72nd going to a 24hr hotdog joint called Gary's Papaya) and lo and behold - there is a big, blue sign posted on a lamp post saying "honk penalty - $350". Even with that sign there's still quite a bit of honking going on so it's obviously poorly enforced. Hah!
