335 vs 350z

minding my own business and this black 350 keeps riding my tail. he pulls up next to me and takes of all serious. he would continue to wait till i would roll up(me staying at 45ish at all times) and go wot.

finally up to a yellow light he slams his brakes to not pass it and waits for me. Pull up and he constantly revs, i come from being a maxima owner but this guy just gives a bad name to nissan. light turns green and i put at least 10 cl on him(it was bad). now i feel bad for doing this, but when he pulled up i rolled my window down and gave him a big wopping thumbs down.

i know, i know, I was actually thinking about getting one [EDIT: NOT INSTEAD OF A BMW]. Great point with the power for you dollar. I've searched reviews also, the only thing they say is bad is the navigation cover. that plastic piece that shakes around a lot. but that was it

not a fan of the 350z but nothing against it really.
I rate in most cases its the Fudge Tart drivers that give any brand a bad name

Funny that you posted this today...I was walking to a bar in downtown dayton last night and while I was waiting at a cross walk and I see two cars comming on fast because they were racing...I realize it was a 335i coupe and a 350z....ofcourse I am partial to the 335i and I can see that the 335i was pulling hard on the 350 so as they go speeding by Im standing as close to the street as possible with one fist in the air yelling and giving the 335 a thumbs up...then a hip thrust to the 350.

I have one and love it... if it had a back seat I'd keep it. (I know, the G35/37 does, but the Z feels better IMO.) The 2003 models had tire feathering issues, and several of the years had problems with the window motors (mine included), and the Bose stereo system sucked. Otherwise it's a bulletproof car. For the speed and performance (while still getting 23mpg+ driving hard) you can't beat it. I don't have any rattles on my car... it's just kinda loud inside the cabin at times.

Heh, anyone want to buy mine? (Waiting for the call to pick up my ED 335i )

Waiting for the 370Z to come out. Lighter weight and 330 hp should make it a pretty fast car. The only thing that drew me away from the 350Z was the cheap looking interior, otherwise a great looking car.

and a 5.6 0-60 - 10CL's is a big stretch, he must have missed a shift, but saying a 350Z is just as quick is also a bit of a stretch. The same magazinges that got 5.6 for the 350Z got 4.8 for the 335 coupe, 0.8 seconds is a big difference!

Hmmm

Some guys look at a race as a challenge they don't have to win...dont always think there gonna win... but its the chase that gets them going and the camaraderie of others who have the same passion like bikers or chess player or Tupperware collectors...ahh maybe not the Tupperware but you get the idea.
