Stealth PPF My Skyscraper Grey G80 Or not
I’m going to PPF my entire car this coming week. A buddy of mine tells me I should stealth PPF it. I’d like to get everyone’s opinion on that. Remember skyscraper gray is a metallic paint. How will the stealth PPF affect that? I am truly ignorant on the subject so as much information from experienced people as possible would be greatly appreciated. Like maintenance on it and how it will affect the paint beneath it. Also will it literally look matte color? Lots of information needed. If there are other detailed threads on this I should go to let me know. Thanks.

Have the PPF installer do a piece of the stealth and normal film next to each other on the car and compare the two side by side. Others on here have done it to PB or IOMG and it's looked good.

Check out the photo from the second post in this thread. That photo is what got me leaning towards doing stealth.

It’s almost done brother. I pick it up Monday. I will then do a quick video and take pictures of it in the sun.

Thanks brother. I really like the idea that since it’s a PPF and Ceramic Coat over the stealth it will be very easy to maintain but still have the frozen look. It’s the best of both worlds.

That looks awesome, the first stealth PPF on Skyscraper Grey that I'm aware of! Please post as many pictures & videos of this as you can once it's completed

Thanks man. I should have it tomorrow. If I do pick it up I’ll take a bunch of pictures and film a 60 second video of the whole car.
