Heheh, that was a joke.

All the boobies are coming out of SoCal, especially L.A. I'm guessing the number of plastic surgeons in LA county alone makes up most of all the plastic surgeons in the entire country!

Actually Miami has the highest case of comestic surgery.

Looks like Bella has been doing some research! j/k!

They've been using bags of saline, yes, as it was more safe but just recently the FDA approved usage of silicone since companies found ways to make silicone implants safer. All the ladies say silicone feel the best - why they feel on their own boobies I have no idea. That's why guys exist! Well, straight guys, at least.

EDIT: Only specific companies got approval from FDA for silicone implants, including Mentor Corp ( http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/medi...p?newsid=22901 )
