Why is it we feel the need to dip into the fries before we get to our destination?
I know I can not pull out of the parking lot without grabbing a few fries.

Speaking of greasy, a couple of weeks ago I watched a rather large gal in front of us at the super market devour a rotisserie chicken while standing in line. Everything she touched after that had grease finger prints on it including the conveyor belt, credit card reader, etc. It was disgusting.

Probably because everyone is hungry after a long wait for their order.

Adding double drive thru lanes is the new trend while most places can't even keep up with one lane. I don't hit fast food often anymore, but when I do I usually go inside, which usually ends up faster and less likely to get a screwed up order.

Chick fil a has the drive thru down to a science. I always go inside. Can’t stand sitting in the drive thru. Inside always works out faster.

Whether inside or out, they always try to get you to buy more.

Things move considerably faster. Kind of like going through a human checker’s line rather than the self checkout does the majority of the time, unless you’re just buying one or two items.

My experience is whether you’re inside or outside they’re always trying to sell you more. “Would you like to make that a combo?”

And sometimes going inside takes longer because those kinds of places can cater to the drive-through customers.

I almost never go to Chick Fil A (none around me) but yes they have it down pretty well. Some McDonalds locations do too. Can’t think of anyone else I’ve been to that has it down though. Some are ridiculously bad at it.
