Scratches on interior door handle recess

Hey y'all. New X5 owner here (2023 xDrive45e) and absolutely loving it so far.

I noticed some scratches on the interior door recess yesterday (picture below). My OCD is getting the better of me - is there any way to get rid of them? I read elsewhere that PlastX might work, but I'm not sure since the surface of the door recesses seem coated.

I wonder if you put a sliver of PPF if that would hide it.

If you have scratches there, you’ll probably have them on the outside recess too. They are caused by fingernails. Once you get it fixed, PPF the area.
