Thumbs up Multiple INDIVIDUAL Colors on G90 M5

Found this and thought I'd share. I already like the G90. These colors make me want one even more! Especially: Sakhir Orange Metallic & Liquid Copper are MAGNIFICENT!!!

The first frozen black looks better than the last frozen black.

I'd prefer more interior color combinations. Any idea on those?

I'm completely okay with these color options.
But, I do share your sentiment with needing far more interiors.

BMW wheels are almost always ugly these days.

I think the forged wheels on my F90 were OK.

But these M5 options make me a sad panda.

I think BMW needs to get creative with their interior options, a good color combination is always a plus. It gets boring at some point.. maybe look at Porsche or Bentley's customisation options for reference. Not saying the M5 is a continental, but surely more options is a plus when you're paying this much

Porsche is waaaay too bland and boring.

Bentley and Aston with all of the endless custom interior colors is much like it!

You need a degree in advanced B/S to navigate Porsche's configurator well enough to come up with a decent custom interior, and a third mortgage.

Is this confirmed?

I'm in the UK. I ordered a G90 on day 1.

But my F90 has individual Smoke White, which is thankfully one tone, and much prefer it to any dual tone leather interior.

I'll hold off until March 2025 if the above is confirmed.

On that note do you feel they will bring back soft close doors and massage seats by then too? 🤔😀

Has Soft Close Doors been removed???
If so, that is unreal. This is a feature I've come to enjoy and expect. Also the Massage Seats are quite nice too

Massage seats are a must for long trips. Just having the slight active adjust helps prevent fatigue. It can't be considered a luxury car without this basic feature.

I know this is an individual color thread but holy crap those wheels are atrocious. That first brownish - copperish color is hideous.

This seat design and colour is way better looking than the new one. I'm not sure what the hell is wrong with BMW... My car was in for service last week, I was given a 2024-330 loaner which now has that stupid switch or whatever you want to call it which replaced the shifter. I kept reaching out to it the whole day while I was driving trying to hold (thinking there is a shifter ) it as I'm use to it since 90% of the time I shift gears manually. I cannot believe the new M5 has that same stupid switch. Maybe it's time to move to a different brand, I'm seriously considering this when my lease is up. BMW is going backwards with design and quality...

Just read that. Did they forget to add "New BMW M5 | Powertrain"

Well I had emailed them and they said:

Thank you for pointing that out! Looks like a glitch on our end. I definitely covered the new M5's powertrain! We'll look into that and try to get it fixed ASAP.

And it's now fixed. Good, quick read.

I never liked two-tone interiors, maybe in a subtle way. I am waiting for more interior leather options, like Tartufo. Let's hope they'll bring soft-close and massage seats with LCI or at some point for this gen. Simple, yet amazing feature for me.
