Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps

Will BMW OEM Carbon Fiber mirror caps from a 2016 X5 fit a 2025 X7?

Wondering if I can remove them from my F15 and install on my G07, versus buying a new set. The shape of the mirrors looks very similar, but I’m not sure they’re exactly the same or if the hardware alignment underneath will match.

Not likely but if you're trading or selling the 2016, why not just put the original covers back on and then try the CF covers on the X7 to see?
