Got rear-ended today! Not E90 but VERY WELL COULD HAVE BEEN!

So i got rear-ended today, I know it's not a E90, sorry. But let me just, it very well could have been. I ordered one back in November and had to cancel it when it arrived for personal reasons. I could have been in a BMW 335i at this time. Instead, I'm back in my old TSX.

Suffice to say, I don't feel too bad since it ISN'T my BMW, and my re-ordered BMW is on it's way to the port of exit today!! Now , if it WAS my brand spankin' new BMW, I WOULD HAVE CRIED!

anyways.... for pic whores.

I guess I gotta give my TSX some luvin' too, for taking one for my german sexiness, just 4 weeks before she arrives.

Never mind that. Dont be so sensitive. Just be sure and provide details of your new bimmer! After that rear end hopefully you now have a clean slate of car karma.

North 5 at Jeffrey, time about 3-6 PM or so. You're in the carpool lane, traffic tends to start backing up there during rush hour, you slow down and dummy behind you slams into you.

How close am I to the exact situation?

Looks like your TSX made out pretty darn well compared to the front end of the other guys car. But those integra hoods slope so low to the ground it prpbably just deflect a lot of the force.

I think the old Integra (aka RSX) was upset it's been replaced with the TSX.

Actually, i was in the #1 lane. The guy in front of me stopped abrutly, and I brake just in time. But the guy behind me, I saw him coming within 3 seconds...

I don't think it was a not keeping a safe distance, he didn't pay attention/reaction. There was approximately 3 seconds of time from the time I stopped and looking up in my mirror to see this guy coming.

The first thing out of the guy's mouth was "Sorry, I'm just so tired from work ya know?".
