The first part is obviously edited (look at the time), but I don't get the fence thing. Wall hacks!
I guess he could have gone under the fence, but still it looks weird. |

This was on digg a while back, I think the census was that the fence was not attached on the ground at that point, and the car simply went under the fence and then it came back down really fast..But it still is freaky to watch!

If you watch it, the fence was moving when the cop car got to it.
