Looks like it was a lot of fun! When you did the launch using launch control, did the car rev intermittantly like that on it's own or did you do that on purpose? I thought with launch control you simply put the pedal to the floor and the car keeps the revs consistant at a certain RPM until you go, no? Anyway, great looking car, very cool video, and clean that engine compartment!

Yes, you're correct. To engage 'launch control' I first push the shift nob forward and hold. While holding the shifter nob in 1st I put the pedal to the floor. The car will automatically rev to 1.5-2 rpm intermittently. Once I let go of the Shift nob the car closes the clutch and you get that crazy launch!
