Low W7 performance score; from 1.0 and 7.9
My system did well on processor, ram and hard drive.
But to my surprise, sucked in graphics (3.9 and 4.3 / 7.9). I have a 2006 ATI Radeon X1300 512Mb. This test is in 'Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Performance Information and Tools' Would you change it or just live with it? Never noticed a poor 'graphical' performance. |

Do you play games? If not, just leave it. What you have is more than sufficient for everyday tasks and the special effects of Win7 itself (Aero). If you play games, I'm sure you'll notice the bottleneck and will want to replace it.

Yeah, who knows what's up with those scores. If everything is running well, I wouldn't be concerned.
I have a pretty tricked out computer and my Win 7 scores are all through the roof -- except hard drive. I can't remember what the HD score was. It was high, just not as high as the others. My HD is a WD VelociRaptor drive, so I would think it would score at least as high as the rest of the components, but I guess the highest HD scores can be obtained only by SSD drives?
