Hey guys, do me a favor please.

Take a look at interior doors in your home that are close to each other. With the trim included, are these door the same height? Not exact measurements, just eyeballing.

I'm having a home built and interior doors in close proximity are ~1 inch off from one another. I would think they would be same height. Something I need to address the builder?

I have three bedroom doors and one bathroom door in close proximity, and they are all the same height and style.

It all could be different as it depends on what type of door they are installing.
If you are comparing swing doors to closet sliding door, they could be off by inch or less if builder do a sloppy installation but if same door type is installed in different height, damn you could say that builder is REALLY sloppy.
I wouldn't sweat it unless it is so obvious and they are right next to each other.
