Need advice please

I'm looking at buying a 2007 335i sedan. I have 2 to choose from, one has navigation, CAS and is a certified pre-own but it is a lemon law buy back for the CAS which has since been fixed so it now has a lemon brand on the title. The other doesn't have navagation, CAS or an extended warranty. The both have about 40k miles and are the same price, except I would have to pay $1900 more to add an extended warranty to the one with the clean title. I just want to see which one you guys would buy, the one with the clean title or the one with the lemon title but it has an extended warranty and many more options? Thanks in advance.

dont get either... just keep looking you'll find a better one. the lemon will hurt the resale value if u plan on selling or trading in the future. Just keep looking you will find another car with the options you want, dont settle on something you have doubts about.
