I hope this is not a repost.

There are very many good cars in the world, each in there own way and with there own personality and character, and some of these cars just made HISTORY. In general, every brand has an iconic model, and this very model can be often the image of the brand, yet it is unfortunately not always the case, as for example the Lancia Delta S4 / HF. For other brands, these models are of very great importance, as without them, the brands would not be what they are today, as for example the Audi Quattro. These cars are mainely older models, but there are some exceptions as for instance BMW M3 CSL or McLaren F1, which are quite recent but already historical. BMW had quite many of such cars: 3.0 CSL, 2002 Turbo, M1 (E26). But the ICONE of BMW is the M3 (E30), that I would call M3 E30, as there are now three other generations of M3. It is mainely because of this car, the M3 E30, that we are liking and driving BMW, even if our ones do not have much to do anymore with the ORIGINAL one. I think, even if BMW seams to go away from its roots, we should not forget, but even more remember the ONLY ONE: M3 E30. This car made BMW, and put to shame all the other, as it was cheap, had only four cylinders and was still very fast and fun to drive. This made the rivals react, 911 was scared, japanese Subaru and Evo were not, AMG and S / RS would not be.

Now just look this vid, of M3 E30 doing Rally in France. Who said you couldn't do Rally with RWD and NA, but only AWD and FI?

I hope BMW will do something more special for the MY 2011 BMW M3 (E92) than just colours, but make a cool vid and a really special M3 E92 for the 25 Years M3 Jubilee.

M3 E30 is a MUST for every BMW enthusiast.

Amazing video! The 25th anniversary should be a big deal - I got a UK 20 year commemorative key ring in 2006 (it reads 1986 to 2006 20 Years of M3 on the back).

there are nicer sounding and overall better rally cars out there (Audi Quattro S1 Evo2, Lancia Delta S4 and RWD Lancia 037 spring to mind) but for BMW this is what made them who they are. Cool vid, thx for sharing!

the heart beat of BMW: E30 M3. I take one of those over any M3s'. And i mean it! especially the evolution series with cockpit adjustable suspension.
