Nice! Most Americans won't get it though. I can't believe how few people watch such a great show, yet how many watch such crappy ones.

Eh, no need to turn this thread into a rant. Great costume!

A few people knew who it was and then most just though I was a nascar driver. I wanted to throw up in my diamondback

Every piece is true to form though. I spend so much time on the track and I needed a new helmet so i got a SA10 Diamondback. Not a bad helmet actually coming from an Arai GP5. Really comfortable.

Great costume.
I've thought about doing this costume and the people where I work *would* get it.
How much did the helmet cost?

What's your take on the GP5? I've heard mixed reviews on it

I would totally do that if I had the money for all that. I do have an "I Am the Stig" shirt, and since I've been in college tons of people understood it. I was especially surprised since most of the people that said anything were girls

Epic costume! Americans will go, huh? I was going to go as the stig, but running around a full race suit and people not understanding made me go against it.
