How does somebody get convicted of obstruction of justice, and yet the same jury is hung on whether he committed perjury? How can you obstruct justice if you don't lie?

Did he do something to "obstruct justice" while he was not testifying? I thought this whole ordeal was about what he testified about. Obviously some of the jury thinks he didn't commit perjury, yet those same people think he obstructed justed.

WTF am I missing here, and I am serious as a heart attack. Any lawyers in here?

Well the first possibility "he didn't tell all he knew" when asked a question, that's seems like splitting hairs on whether or not he lied.

Of course we don't have the transcripts or know the exact instructions to the jury, but this seems kinda weak.

I don't recall reading about any pressure from him on others.

The point is that he essentially did the same thing. Except he was a President and Barry is...well not.

They need to investigate the federal reserve or something worthwhile and leave Barry and his roids alone. If there were not smart enough to test baseball player's then shame on them.
