Suggestions for things to do in Seattle

My daughter is graduating college this May. She has always wanted to go to Seattle, so I'm taking her for her graduation gift. We are staying at the Sheraton downtown. We would love any suggestions for "must see" places and some great restaurants. Thanks in advance!

My buddy owns See Sound Lounge (1st and Blanchard). You'd be hard pressed to find a more sexy house night & wicked drinks.

Peso's restaurant for brunch the morning after. Awesome

Mt. Rainer (maybe too much snow right now), San Juans, Olympic coast. Although, in all honesty, the best part of Seattle is it's proximity to Vancouver BC.
