you should see the "scrapers" out here in the east bay

early 80's american cars on 24" wheels or so, about a foot off the ground....

The huge chrome wheels/ high rise cars are acctually "donks". The trend is characterized by 20+" wheels with lifted suspensions on generally cheap cars that are usually Impala's crown vics and larger sedans. But the trend is now growing to the 80's muscle cars as well.

Common stuff in certain areas where I live...one guy even challenged me. Wasn't serious; the guy looked high...was laughing his head off like crazy (his windows were down so you could see him).
