Not sure horsepower has anything to do with it, just bad judgement on the part of the white car.

It seemed the driver of the white car was tailgating, perhaps impatient to pass and not really looking before moving.

Maybe just nudged the white car like in NASCAR, enough to cause it to lose the backend into the divider.

as horrible as this is, it's refreshing to see that the person NOT at fault gets out of the accident unharmed.
usually, it's always the person who causes the accident walks off from it like nothing even happened and the innocent driver is either dead or wishes to be dead due to severe injuries. it seems like the bimmer will have to fix a dent whereas the white car driver should happy if they're still alive.

From the looks of the video, it was a black e46 (which looked like it was ghost driving), and I can't tell what the white (more like yellow to me) car was that got blown away. Looks like a japanese make to me.

It looked like the one car moved onto the shoulder.

There is checking and there is checking. And I know many people do not have their mirrors properly positioned.

Looked like a SUV or crossover of some sort as it flipped.

Okay, paused the movie at roughly 3 seconds. At this point it looks as though it was a white, 2-door mini SUV thing that was pit maneuvered by the e46. He smashes his car head on into the rail and in turn flips his car over.
Dayum...

In Texas, the law is.. It's always the person behind the cars fault if they are rear ended. They claim that the person behind should have been going slower, or should have left more distance. NO MATTER WHAT it is always their fault.. Its dumb, they don't take into account that the person in front could be a jackass and slam on his brakes for no reason, or someone could pull out in front of them with two feet to spare. -Nathan

if u pause and play the video a few times it looks like the white car went flying and the BMW kept going. I knew BMW's were strong but his front end looks fine to me
