Shipping an exhaust?

Hey guys,

Anyone have experience shipping an exhaust? Doing a quick google search it seems like fedex ground or UPS should only cost me MAX $75, but every calculator I do with weight and box size is showing up close to $200 to get it from CA to Texas. The box is 60"x30"x12". It is a catback system.

Anyone care to chime in?

Thanks!

I bought one from OH, shipped to TX and shipping was about $75 total for both sides.

It was shipped FedEx Ground.

what ever you do, and what ever company you use to ship make sure you include the weight and the dimensions. The dimensions will add xtra $$'s to the shipping.
an Alternative and a little bit cheaper is to ship it via Greyhound bus company.
The receiver must agree to go pick up the package at the nearest Greyhound bus station near him.
