^^^ Ferrari makes you sign a letter to give the dealer the first right of refusal if you decide to sell your new car back within a certain period (it might have been two years, I don't remember) of time.
With regard to sales folks, I've generally receive courtesy and respect, and I only make minimum wage with no chance of owning a Ferrari - ever. Granted, there are always a few dicks, but I've been treated much better at the exotic dealerships than at the auto mega malls.

Best dealership experiences: Porsche, Ferrari, BMW
Worst dealership experiences: Mitsubishi, Aston Martin I don't think sports/luxury/exotic dealerships really treat you badly compared to econo dealers.
