Only idiots would pass that law. Ergo, it will pass through Congress easily.
Congress hasn't got a clue when it comes to cyber-anything. But they sure know how to quell irrational fear by passing irrational laws.

Seriously though... They are completely disconnected from what they are passing judgement on. How can we leave something like that up to people who can't properly operate a computer?
