This guy plead guilty and was a witness in court.

i don't think she did it... from what they say there's no substantial evidence saying she did... she just lied a buncha times which makes her pretty suspicious...

I think it's bs don't know if she was there but the gut feeling, come on? What is this blackjack? Lol. The prosecutor said at the scene he had a gut feeling she was involved.

There's no way we could know what happened. It must be difficult for victims family. If she was guilty and got released they lost justice and if she's innocent then whoever did do it isn't being punished for it.

You obviously don't know much about this case. Rudy Guede was found guilty and sentenced to 30 years for the murder (later reduced to 16) and was likely the only one involved as he was a "drifter," but since he's not an attractive blonde American girl, the story wasn't very sexy. The police "persuaded" him to say that Knox and her bf were with him to coincide with the police "story," despite him initially confessing that he was alone in the apartment with Kercher on the night she died and was likely the last person to see her alive.
