Georgia just past a new law with they will fine you $1000 for having tint on your car even if you from out of state even if it is legal in your state. I think this is aimed at people form Florida since they tint their windows.. Looks like another revenue opportunity for Georgia

First they PA rule is wrong, PA has no official law about % tint, the % was a DOT attempt at put a number on a vague PA law about tinting.

Back to your point about, FL drivers will get nailed since the they are below the 32% +/- 3%

If I ever got ticketed in Georgia for this shit I will take a picture of myself giving them the middle finger, wipe my ass with the ticket and mail it back to the respective police department addressed to the appropriate officer.

That'll show him. I'll drive through Georgia maybe once every 10 years so goodluck on them getting me back. Unless Ohio can enforce me to pay an out-of-state fine? That may put a damper on my parade haha.

Also that's complete BULLSHIT that they can even ticket someone for something that is legal in their state. It's not like someone coming from a completely different country, we're just crossing a state line. Until Georgia has border patrol is don't see this standing well in court and will eventually be thrown out by the Supreme Court once they piss someone off with the time and money to stick it to Georgia.

ohh you guys wanna know so real bullshit in Cobb county down here if you get a ticket they can charge you for every ticket in your entire driving history even after the 5 yr wash your slate clean! fulton county charges you a tax on your ticket I got a ticket for 98 in a 55 @ 4am and my normal ticket would be only $400 or so but after the tax it was over $700!!! GA sucks the most ball sack that it has em growing out its ASS!!!!! I hate this damn state ohhh I had a vietmanese lady slam here brakes on me in the damn fast lane today and caused me to rearend here for no damn reason! I got the speed down to 5 miles an hour but all I got to say is "FUCK that Bitch and this State!" I cant wait to Grad with my degree this fall cause I am leavin this hell hole of a state!

Well VA is trying to similar things with speeding tickets, but at least they said they will not tack on the extra money for out of state drivers.
