Exactly.

Well, it seems you're complaining a lot OP, so you must be pretty picky.

I've done a few searches, and I've found stuff similar to what I sold last year for close to $5k. Since you have apparently failed at finding what I found, you must have something very particular in mind...

Or, maybe you won't tell us because we'll all laugh at you wanting a BMW with under 50k miles for $5k?

So you are saying it's normal to offer $5K for a car advertised for $10K. I think we just found the reason you can't find a car to buy.

I've actually bought things for half off & even more off of asking price. You don't know unless you ask.

Have a good one!

Shemale hookers don't exactly have a high resale value

That's not true, I have a civic and it is a toy and it is also for sale. I am looking at buying an SUV, this little car is a blast though. I can't lie its not very comfortable, BUT it gets good gas mileage and it will run a high 12 too. I embarrassed a teenager in his 5.0 yesterday.

that civic is tits.

On another note; no shame in offering someone 50% of asking price, it works more than you would think.

But OP. I have a feeling you don't want a beater, just a cheap car. Lots of good stuff out there, but maybe not for a yuppie/hipster that wants what all the cool kids have to get back and forth to work.

I hear hipsters will spend $5k+ on a nice fixed gear, maybe thats where you should look for daily duties.
