Driveway of Doom?

Hello all. I have very steep driveway that gives many people problems when going up and down on it. I have not driven a lowered or slammed car (yet) but I do know that you have to take big angles on bumps and driveways to prevent scraping. I want my next car to be lowered and I just wanted to know if I can do it with my driveway. It is a lot steeper than it looks. I attached some photos of the driveway.

it's steep but it's elongated and kinda levels out...it's not a sudden rise so you should be able to go angled up...

It's less abrupt than mine & I've got M3s, an M6 & the lowest 335is I've ever seen up our driveway w/o scraping (albeit I carefully angled off the adjoining public road). g/l

Great Odin's Raven, that's quite a driveway.

That being said, if you approach at an angle (with a low rate of speed) I don't foresee any problems there.

My neighbor drive is much worse and he get's his m3 in and out no problem. I think you'll be fine. You'll probably have to find the right angle for your drive, to prevent scraping.

Looking at the second picture its doable if you come in from the right side and start going up with the right front wheel. And when you leave you back out the same way you went up and you'd be fine.

You wouldn't even need to go up it sideways, it's very gradual.

That's not too bad. As said, angle it, and you'll be good.

ive seen worse, this isnt that bad. Angle that baby and you're good to go. Mine is a little difficult as it is on a hill at a slight angle and in between two fence pillars. Kind of a pain but once you figure it out, its just muscle memory.

This might help the initial transition...but still..wow...I probably would not have purchased that house on the basis of the driveway.

Who's the idiot developer that approved those driveways? Btw, your Atlanta neighborhood looks very nice. Very cozy.

Your driveway honestly doesn't look that bad. I'd approach it at a 45 degree angle if anything.

That picture is really old but if you can find the original story I'm almost positive it includes the Google Streetview from that property and it turned out it wasn't nearly as bad as that photo makes it look.
