[KEVINYONGPHOTO] The Scion FRS Has Finally Arrived
This was one of my most anticipated shoots to date. I have to say that all the hype was for something. The Scion FRS is one of the best cars I've driven. The handling is superb and so precise. If I was to sell my type R, this would be the next car on my list.

IMO these look better in photos then they do in real life. Usually its visa versa with most cars.
I saw two in traffic over the last week and its just blends in and looks like any other japanese coupe. I really didn't like it. In photos/magazines though it looks great. |

Ditto - saw one yesterday. Looks good from the front, incredibly wimpy from the rear.

It's kinda ironic, i see a little E86 (Z4 coupe) in the rear.

Anybody thinks this could be a good winter beater?
I am thinking it could be fun with snows on and RWD. Just slightly concerned about the low clearance at the front. But looking at the profile shot, that front lip is angled in such a way that I think it can literally plough thru deeper snow. Any thoughts on this or am I crazy? |

This is honestly the perfect first car of you had to get one brand new. You can slide that little fucker all day and still have some kind of warranty. I love the concept and it's about time someone made a car like this. I can see it being the next 240 years down the road.

That, basically.^
I'm thinking of getting one...save money on gas, plus I love me some tail action.

Nice photo. Thanks a lot.
By the way, not many car can be consider "lookers" in that price range I guess? FRS/BRZ actually are the better ones.
