Cool Next generation 2015 Mustang interior and redline spied

First look at 2015 Mustang interior -
http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=51

Seems like a 6500 RPM redline. Indicates Ecoboost? Focus ST also has same redline.

It's a mule. You can't really derive anything accurate from those photos.

Except that interior trim. Which is f'ing horrible. I'd consider a Focus ST as a daily driver, but the interior is awful, specifically the train wreck of buttons at random angles that you have to look at each time, nothing by feel is possible. It looks like they've cursed the new Mustang with this sort of junk too. I know the current one has a weak interior, but this looks even worse.

Nice to see an IRS again.

That stack is out of '13 Fusion. I doubt it'll be in the '15 Mustang. It's a mule.

I am sorry but Mustangs are damn ugly. I can never own one, no matter how much power comes with it.

I wonder if they're all going to use boosted engines... ~240HP with the 2.0L turbo, the GT ~400hp with the 3.5L turbo, and Shelby's SC V8

Ah, thanks. Hopefully they stay away from that and take the designer into a dark alley and shoot them.

Red,
The mules on the street they have to disguise as much as possible. They will cobble together whatever is laying around. 99% chance that center stack is not functional at all. This one is a drivetrain mule. Nothing more.

The IRS has to be real, and that's the important part, hopefully the keep something along the lines of the Boss and Laguna Seca trims available.

Meh. Mustang 2.0T? No thanks. The IRS will be welcome if they can keep the costs down. At least this time they're doing it right though.

I hope they keep the NA V8 option. They're just getting pretty good at it in terms of output and efficiency.
