Road Trip Advice
I will be driving down to Spartanburg SC from NJ taking 95S to 85W. It has been a while since I drove that far south. What are the speed limits now in VA, NC and SC along those routes? Here in NJ, one can zip along certain stretches of the NJ Turnpike at 80 mph or so despite the 65 mph limit. Would I be okay going along at 85 or so? I know MD is very aggressive in enforcement. What about VA, NC and SC? Thanks.

In my experience, Virginia is *WAY* more agressive at targeting speeding than Maryland. I've never had any issues in Maryland and I tend to stay away from driving in VA if I can. (I'm speaking about the DC/Baltimore areas)
Plus, radar detectors are illegal in VA.
