How do you get busted for a suspension setup?

He may have given you a few opportunities to get the plate but since you didn't do it, he decided to give you a ticket now.

It seems that the majority of front plate and tint tickets are given near a driver's home or place of work after running the car for awhile.
I was about 20 miles from my place on the Beltway. It was during rush hour traffic. I've noticed that over the last 2 weeks, there have been a swarm of police on the 495, 267 and 66. I think it was just that I was at the wrong place at the wrong time than some come getting sick and tired of letting me go.

If the tint is really low. Like many who seem to be doing 5% on these boards and such. Then that should be stopped. At night you wont be able to see well and therefore causes some issues.
+1. Like the cops here that walked up on this guy all blacked out and he blacked one of them out with an assaault rifle.
