Cayenne is a much better driver's SUV from a handling point of view. You feel so much more connected to the road. Although I do think the Range Rover has better options in some areas, honestly nothing really drives like a porsche.

This is coming from someone who drives the V6 Cayenne that is slow as hell (0-60 in 9sec), but the way it drives, sounds, and delivers power is amazing.

As far as reliability goes, the Cayenne has also been amazing. Until recently (9 years/ 100,000 miles) I had to replace the driveshaft, ignition coils, and fuel pump. Driveshaft/Fuel pump cost around $1000 each. But this obviously going to happen when the car gets old, so I'm not to worried.

My good friend has the Range Rover HSE and Cayanne Turbo S, we drove around these cars for years. The RR's navigation was TERRIBLE. Cayanne just felt more luxurious and sporty in all ways. Stock air suspension on the RR was pretty neat though.
